By accessing and using JimFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Description of Service
JimFit provides a 30-day fitness challenge program including workout videos, progress tracking, and nutrition guidelines. The service is accessible via web browser on mobile and desktop devices.
3. Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Before starting any fitness program, including JimFit, you should consult with a healthcare professional. JimFit is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or other problems that may occur from performing the exercises in this program.
Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
4. Subscription & Payment
JimFit offers a one-time payment of RM 50 (auto-converted to your local currency) for lifetime access to the program. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
5. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our fitness program, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been made. Please ensure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your payment.
We encourage you to try our 7-day free trial before purchasing to ensure the program meets your needs.
6. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. Each subscription is for individual use only.
7. Content Ownership
All workout videos, images, text, and other content provided by JimFit are owned by JimFit and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Our app may embed YouTube videos from third-party creators. We respect intellectual property rights and will promptly remove any embedded content if requested by the rightful owner.
8. User Content
Progress photos and other content you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant JimFit a non-exclusive license to display this content within your account for your personal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
JimFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
